CSGI is among the organisers of the first-ever workshop on EV biomolecular corona.

The event will take place in Brescia, on February 27th-28th, with the participation of CSGI researcher Annalisa Raddeghieri and professor Paolo Bergese.

It will bring together experts from the synthetic and biogenic nanoparticle fields (with focus on EVs) to share tools, foster new studies, and showcase the most recent research in the EV-corona space worldwide, with a particular focus on:

1. Fundamentals of Biomolecular Corona: origin, thermodynamics and colloidal properties.
2. EV corona biogenesis, biological significance and molecular composition.
3. Biogenic nanoparticle corona separation and characterization.
4. Potential applications of the biomolecular corona (e.g., clinics, diagnostics, etc).
