From 7^th to 10^th of July 2026, Bari will hoste the 51^st Congress of the Physical Chemistry Division of the Italian Chemistry Society (SCI), continuing its tradition of bringing together Italian physical chemists to exchange ideas, present recent advances, and foster collaboration.

 The Congress will cover a wide range of topics across theory, experiment, and computation, highlighting how fundamental research in physical chemistry drives technological innovation and addresses contemporary societal challenges.

Key themes include:

• Renewable energy

• Circular materials and sustainability

• Clean water and environmental protection

• Health and life sciences
  The program will also feature sessions on spectroscopy, kinetics, electrochemistry, catalysis, materials and nanoscience, quantum chemistry, and data-driven approaches. Researchers from academia, research institutions, and industry are warmly invited to participate and contribute to this important event, offering a valuable platform for scientific discussion and collaboration at both the national and international level.
