Synthesis and characterization of polymers (from renewable and not-renewable resources)
Synthesis and application of polymers for the protection and conservation of Cultural Heritage.
Synthesis and characterization of biodegradable and / or compostable polymers (i.e. PLA) and their use as macromolecular ligand to coordinate metal ions (the so called “Metal Polymers”).
Pyrolysis with microwave systems to be applied for the treatment of end of life material (tires, plastics, composites, biomasses).

2004-present: Researcher of Industrial Chemistry (Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences) at the University of Florence.
