Organic and medicinal chemistry focused on the synthesis and development of new drug-like molecules. Liquid phase polyethylene glycol (PEG) - supported synthesis and immobilization of heterocyclic derivatives for biological and pharmaceutical technology application. Design, synthesis and in silico investigation of: - novel synthetic opioids and MOR antagonists - allosteric inhibitors of HIV-1 Reverse Transcriptase and Integrase - antitubercular agents - nematicidal and phytoactive compounds
