Detection of the occurrence of oxidative stress in biological samples by selecting the more suitable biomarkers and study of the intracellular and extracellular mechanisms for the antioxidant defense.
Study of the vasorelaxant properties of nitric oxide donors.
Pre-clinic study of new compounds with potential therapeutic role and evaluation of their eventual effect on physiological antioxidants.
Study on the effect of modulating the intra-and extracellular redox equilibrium for the progression of several pathological conditions.
