Fields of Interest and Expertise

Research interests and scientific contributions concern: the use of spectroscopic techniques (UV-Vis, MIR, 1H- 2H- 13C- 31P- NMR) for the study of complex biological matrices. Application of multivariate statistical techniques for big data analysis, particularly in the fields of foodomics and metabolomics.
