Oct 2005: Bachelor Degree in Conservation Science, at the University of Florence (110 cum laude/110). Title: "Degradation and conservation of oak wood from the Vasa warship”.
Sep 2007: Master Degree in Conservation Science at the University of Florence (110 cum laude/110). Title: "Study on the degradation of photographic prints: the influence of the primary support on the formation of silver mirroring".
2008-2011: PhD in Conservation Sciences at the University of Florence. Title: "Innovative treatments for the conservation of cellulosic materials". Advisor: Prof. P. Baglioni (University of Florence).
2011: CSGI Post-Doc fellowship on "Nanotechnology development for the consolidation and protection of artworks".
2012-2014: CSGI Post-Doc fellowship (Nanoforart European Project) on “Deacidification and protection of organic based materials”.
2015-2018: CSGI Post-Doc fellowship (Nanorestart European Project) on “Nanosystems for paper and canvas conservation”.
